These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Matt Giorgio ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Wrapped mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Wrapped, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Wrapped. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Your Account
Wrapped uses Sign in with Apple to create and secure your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device and Apple ID used to access the App, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions and Payments
Wrapped offers an optional paid subscription, Wrapped Pro, which unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are currently offered on a weekly and an annual plan; the exact price is shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price for your plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies; we do not process payments directly.
License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wrapped for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share;
Attempt to access, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App or its systems;
Use the App to store or share another person's information without a lawful basis or their consent; or
Misuse the sharing features to harass, deceive, or harm others.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Wrapped, including contacts, gifts, events, notes, budgets, and photos ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the App to you.
You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to store and share any personal information about other people that you add to the App. When you share a contact with another Wrapped user, you are responsible for that decision and the information you choose to share.
AI Features
Wrapped uses artificial intelligence to power certain features, such as scanning invitations and extracting gift details. AI-generated results may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information the App produces before relying on it. See our Privacy Policy for how content is processed for these features.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services (including Apple, Supabase, Google, PostHog, and Superwall) to function. Your use of the App may also be subject to those parties' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software (excluding Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by these Terms.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders or AI results will always be accurate or delivered.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.
Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
Changes to the App and These Terms
We may modify or discontinue features of the App, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Apple App Store — Additional Terms
These Terms are between you and Matt Giorgio only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. You acknowledge that:
Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App;
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App;
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal or regulatory, and intellectual-property claims;
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you; and
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list, and you will comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
